Episode Title:Gone Efficien...t.Episode Description:To generate more money Phil hires an efficiency expert named Dvd (formerly David; he took out the vowels to save time, which Phil regards as brllnt). A new regime of efficiency is sweeping Sebben & Sebben, and one of its major parts is to keep only the top three earners. Harvey has to keep up with the new policy to keep his job, and watches as Phil dismantles his office.
